Shalom mishpacha! This lentil and rice dish is perfect for Shabbat dinner or lunch. I used brown lentils and gave a little kick with smoked paprika and liquid smoke. You can use any lentil recipe that you like and also basmati rice cooked with vegetable broth instead of water for additional flavor, Enjoy!
