I'm sure a lot of money was stolen, but the global lockdowns make it easier to cutover old REPO/LIBOR contracts to a new Block-Chain platform. The fewer moving parts the better. As I've said many times, the global "Collapse" already started the "Reset" process, but nobody is going to admit it to the public.
